Used up to 16% in the Fatty Phase of the cream as follows: Normally heat the fatty phase ingredients to 70 degrees and after removing the pan from the heat, add the Titanium Dioxide and mix very well to homogenize the mixture. Then follow the normal preparation process of the cream.
