INCI: Thymus Vulgaris
Origin: Native to Greece and Egypt, but also almost the entire Mediterranean basin, comes from the fresh or dry edges of the flowers of the plant.
Indications: It is considered very good in respiratory problems, colds and various diseases of the nervous system. It is a good antibacterial and insect repellent.
Contraindications: It should not be used during pregnancy and by those suffering from hypertension.
Synergy with other essential oils: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lavender, Rosemary, Pine
