INCI: Ocimum basilicum
Origin - Indications: The original origin of the plant is the Asian countries, mainly India, but now it grows everywhere in Europe. The oil comes mainly from distilling the leaves of the plant with steam. Good insect repellent oil, very good for muscle aches and auxiliary for colds.
Contraindications: Great care in its use, requires very small dosage. It is not used during pregnancy and its use is prohibited by those with sensitive skin.
Synergy with other essential oils: Black Pepper, Bergamot, Cedar, Fennel, Ginger, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Neroli.
