Shipping Methods

For small weight orders, delivery is sent to your residence via Primewell within 1-2 days as follows, regardless of the order amount. Specifically:

The charges are as follows:

• 0 to 10 kg: 4 euros
• 10 to 20 kg: 7 euros, and for each additional kilogram over 20 kg: +0.20€/kg

Notification If your order includes items that are unavailable or expected, your order will be delivered when we receive these items. We will contact you to inform you about the pickup times from our suppliers.

Orestis Craft Center is not responsible for any delays, postponements in arrival, or the overall progress of the packages after they are handed over to the shipping company.
