INCI: Betula Lenta
Origin: From the aromatic trunk of the 25-meter-tall tree of the same name that grows in Canada, the southeastern United States, Russia and various parts of Eastern Europe.
Indications: Its smell is intense camphor and is reminiscent of Pyralida (Golteria). It is considered an important analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic oil. As a diuretic and detoxifier, it is considered a valuable oil in anti-cellulite products, while it helps a lot in massage mixtures for muscle aches.
Contraindications: It is toxic and should be used in low doses.
